The class will educate attendees on the history of the active shooter, characteristics of the active and active shooter response and how to respond when police and EMS arrive. Training will include how to apply critical medical casualty care under the Texas Good Samaritan Law and special topics such as Church Security and Why, state law and security requirements, proper mindset, forming a security team, use of force, security and safety operations.
Day 2 training is dedicated to your church security team or candidates to be on your armed church volunteer security team. This training will provide critical firearms safety and marksmanship training. No training will properly prepare and test your security volunteers like realistic training with practical exercises and scenarios.
