T3P: Train The Trainer Pistol Instructor Course

This is a 3-day, 24-hour handgun instructor course! This is not a traditional instructor course and will not be a shooting course for instructors. This course is intended to further educate the instructor in brain based adult learning theory applied to handgun marksmanship skills. This course is intended to educate and build the next generation of instructors who are seeking to make meaningful impact in their departments and with thier students. 

The course requires attendees to participate in and provide classroom lecture, provide dry fire and live fire demonstrations, instructor to student instruction, teach backs and how to analyze and assess the students performance, proficiency, accuracy and repeatablbility through live fire drills.
